How I Work
My approach and what to expect.
My work is rooted in systems thinking and shaped by a power-critical lens. I trained as a systemic coach at Artop Berlin in 2020 and am currently training in systemic consulting and therapy at SIA Institut.
What does this mean in practice? I don't treat challenges as isolated problems to fix. I look at context: the relationships, structures, and dynamics that shape what's actually going on. I connect the personal to the structural. We explore not just what's happening, but where you have agency to create meaningful change.
This applies whether I'm working with an individual, a couple, a family, or a team. The lens stays the same: context, dynamics, and where change is possible.
You bring what matters. A decision you're wrestling with, a topic or conflict requiring deeper processing, a dynamic that isn't working, a direction you want to move toward, a strategy you are striving to implement.
I bring structure, systemic questions, and methods that help us get beneath the surface.
Together, we might:
Widen the timeline
Exploring how the past shapes the present and what the future could hold.
Shift perspective
Looking at a situation from different angles, including the perspectives of others involved.
Examine power dynamics
Understanding how power is distributed, how it shapes your options, and where there's room to move.
Identify patterns
Noticing what repeats, what's being avoided, and what's ready to shift.
Explore emotions & embodied experience
Looking a layer deeper into your physical and emotional world, processing what needs attention.
Build new approaches
Developing concrete ways to respond, relate, and act with greater clarity.
