About me.
Hi, I'm Alice Gedamu.
I work as a systemic coach and support founders, intrapreneurs, activists and organizations to achieve their goals. My work - whether in coaching, moderation or consulting - is to provide a strategic space in which you can question and realign your professional goals and your approach through systemic questions, methods and exercises. I support you in increasing your impact and achieving the goals you want.
Coaching and consulting have helped me in my own work to find my purpose, master challenges and achieve goals. Through my professional experience and training, I am pleased to be able to offer a helpful space for reflection and learning.
My professional background is diverse: In recent years, I have co-founded CRCLR GmbH, a think and do tank for the circular economy, and TRNSFRM eG, a sustainable building cooperative. At the same time, I trained as a systemic coach at Artop. Previously, I worked in the recycling industry for the ALBA Group, implementing innovative recycling solutions in Europe and the Middle East.
I am also part of the advocacy group Nodoption, which campaigns for the rights of LGBTQ+* parents. I took part in Timo Galbenis Kiesel's annual group on critical whiteness and am performing at the Maxim Gorki Theater in the play MOTHER TONGUE by Lola Arias.

MOTHER TONGUE by Lola Arias is an encyclopaedia of reproduction in the twenty-first century.  CRCLR was Berlin's first centre for the circular economy. In 2015, CRCLR secured a plot of land in Neukölln for 99 years through a heritable building right from the Edith Maryon Foundation. In its time, CRCLR was a think and do tank, a place to meet and collaborate on circular projects. It is a way of thinking and acting: Circular instead of linear, connected instead of in silos. CRCLR is now run by the Impact Hub. |
