My professional background is diverse. In recent years, I have co-founded CRCLR GmbH, a think and do tank for the circular economy, and TRNSFRM eG, a sustainable building cooperative. I trained as a systemic coach at Artop Berlin. Before that, I worked in the recycling industry for the ALBA Group, implementing innovative recycling solutions in Europe and the Middle East. Since 2020 I have been working as a coach in Berlin and served over 80 clients.

I participated in the annual group on critical whiteness by Timo Galbenis Kiesel and perform at the Maxim Gorki Theater in the play MOTHER TONGUE by Lola Arias. I am also part of the advocacy group Nodoption, which campaigns for the rights of LGBTQ+* parents. With the Imagination Agency, founded by Kübra Gümüşay, I explore techniques to train the muscle of imagination for progressive visions of the future.

IMAGINATION AGENCY Kübra Gümüşay founded the Imagination Agency and researches techniques to train the muscle of imagination. What do desirable futures feel like, taste like and look like? How do they work? How can they become reality? We want to cultivate and develop knowledge about desirable and just futures - and finally: practice alternatives.	MOTHER TONGUE MOTHER TONGUE by Lola Arias, Gorki Theater. In 2022, the right to decide when and how to become a mother is still a controversial issue. The discourse is polarizing. Motherhood is political. Mother Tongue is an encyclopedia of reproduction in the twenty-first century. The performers discuss the past and debate the future. NODOPTION NODOPTION is a Germany-wide initiative of LGBTQ+* families who want to put an end to discrimination against LGBTQ+* families in Germany through advocacy, community building and strategic litigation. Nodoption works together with the lawyer Lucy Chebout, the Center for Intersectional Justice, the Society for Civil Liberties and AllOut.	CRCLR CRCLR was the first Center for Circular Economy in Berlin. In 2015, CRCLR secured a plot of land in Neukölln for 99 years through a heritable building right from the Edith Maryon Foundation. In its time, CRCLR was a think and do tank, a place to meet and collaborate on the circular economy. It is a way of thinking and acting: Circular instead of linear, networked instead of in silos. CRCLR is now run by the Impact Hub.
TRNSFRM TRNSFRM is a construction cooperative. TRNSFRM builds as circularly as possible, as inexpensive as possible for social, artistic and environmental projects oriented towards the common good. TRNSFRM takes on the role of building developer for planning and construction.
